"Toward a New Definition of Wellness - How Mindfulness Can Help Customize Your Path to Wellbeing"

In this two-workshop series we will explore the new understanding of wellness and the importance of customized solutions to optimize individual results. The first workshop will focus on creating your own wellness vision using the Wheel of Life, a powerful mindfulness tool to assess where you are in terms of health and wellness and areas of life that might need some attention. We will talk about the importance of self-reflection and self-compassion, and the great value in consistency over perfectionism.

In the second workshop, we will discuss what gets in our way when we set behavior goals: the critical inner voice, ambivalence, lack of support. We will also talk about strategies to mitigate these obstacles as you move towards your vision. We will cover how to set SMART goals and set up a structure of accountability for yourself that keeps you on track and inspired.
