HNH Fitness is excited to introduce Healthy Weight + Healthy You, a comprehensive 8-week nutrition program available for both members and non-members, beginning Thursday, March 21. This innovative program is conveniently offered in-person and virtually, helping you to maximize your health no matter your schedule.

Our program includes:
  • Weekly wellness workshops with nutrition and fitness specialists providing expert guidance on portion control, mindful eating, intermittent fasting, and more.
  • Digital meal planning with recipes and grocery lists (3 months of access).
  • In-depth nutritional evaluations, with insights into personal dietary habits and specific nutrient quantities.
